Since joining Bradford Allen as an associate in 2004, Ben has made significant contributions to the firm. In 2015, Ben became a Principal due to his hard work, dedication, and vested interest in the direction of the company. While he specializes in representing office tenants in Chicagoland and nationwide, Ben has also had great success representing landlords in a variety of real estate transactions. His expertise in assisting commercial office clients with operational, qualitative, and financial structuring allows Ben to easily identify problem areas and craft smart, client-specific real estate solutions.

Ben handles various projects across the real estate spectrum, enabling him to cultivate a multi-faceted knowledge of the industry. A few of his successful transactions include assisting GrubHub in completing a substantial expansion, in which they nearly doubled the size of their office space; securing over forty office spaces across the country for MedSpeed; and representing Foley and Mansfield, a national law firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, while he assisted in the expansion and renewal of their existing office space in Chicago. Ben works with clients across industries including, but not limited to, marketing and advertising, law, healthcare, and technology.

As a member of the leadership team, Ben also plays an integral role in the strategic direction of Bradford Allen. He is a regular contributor to the firm’s research and recruiting efforts, and he assumes an influential role in mentoring new brokers along with overseeing his own team.

Ben lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and four children where he enjoys staying active by biking and running. He’s an active supporter of Ramah Wisconsin and American Friends of the Hebrew University (AFHU) and is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears.

Glenn Isaacson is President of Bradford Allen’s New York office, leading brokerage services for the region. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, he served in senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield (Vice-Chairman) and CBRE (Executive Vice President).

During his 40-plus years in real estate, Glenn has represented numerous Class A properties for owners such as PGIM, Equitable Life Assurance, Sterling Equities, Edward Minskoff, Harry Macklowe, Investcorp, SJP Properties, and developer/owner Scott Rechler, among many others. He has completed successful leasing programs for the City’s most prominent buildings, including 590 Madison Avenue, 717 Fifth Avenue, 11 Times Square, Metropolitan Tower, 180 Madison Avenue, 475 Park Avenue South, Tower 45, and 575 Fifth Avenue.

In addition to his work on behalf of ownership, Glenn is a trusted advisor to many of the nation’s leading businesses, crafting solutions for their occupancy requirements to serve their business goals. Recently, he directed the 200,000-square-foot relocation of The Boston Consulting Group to 10 Hudson Yards, the 132,000-square-foot early renewal of Seyfarth Shaw at 620 Eighth Avenue, and the expansion of Forest Hills Hospital (Northwell) for 140,000 square feet. He was instrumental in bringing about the corporate relocation of the American Kennel Club to 65,000 square feet at 101 Park Avenue, which led to the relocation of their museum from St. Louis to the same building.

Glenn has been a member of REBNY for over 40 years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Foundation for Aids Research, an organization with which he has worked tirelessly since the passing of his brother Mark due to complications from AIDS. He sits on the board for AYR Wellness, a publicly traded company, where his oversight includes acquisitions and audit review.  He is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Glenn holds a bachelor of science degree with a concentration in finance and economics from Florida Southern College.

Dan joined Bradford Allen in 2017 and is the firm’s suburban market leader. He is responsible for leading the leasing efforts for the firm’s office property portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet. Dan has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is experienced in marketing, leasing, and project management in both the office and retail sectors. Dan’s notable clients include Fulcrum Asset Advisors, TA Associates Realty, RREEF, GLL, Alliance Commercial Partners, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Millbrook Real Estate Company, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, and AEW Capital Management.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Dan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle where he managed the suburban Chicago leasing team for the last 13 years and was directly responsible for growing their office leasing portfolio from 1.5 million to 10 million square feet. Dan was a previously a Principal with 1st United Realty, Director of Leasing at Klaff Realty, L.P., and held a senior management role at The Ross Group/Ross Berger in Chicago.

Dan earned a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Arizona. He lives in Northbrook and enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time. He also supports all of the Chicago sports teams, and plays drums in a band.

Gordon is responsible for leading the tenant representation practice at Bradford Allen’s New York office.

His expertise has facilitated major transactions globally, including deals in Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Paris, and London. In Manhattan, he has secured headquarters for renowned firms such as The New York Times, Warburg Pincus, Gannett, Nike, and Publicis. His clientele extends to prominent law firms, including WilmerHale and Dewey & LeBoeuf, as well as financial institutions like Warburg Pincus LLC. Additionally, Gordon represented national food hall retailer Urban Space in both office and retail transactions.

For more than 26 years, Gordon led Byrnam Wood LLC, the firm he co-founded alongside Joseph Thanhauser in 1997. He previously served as a Vice Chairman in the tenant representation division at the Edward S. Gordon Company prior to its merger with CBRE in 2003.

Outside of work, Gordon is dedicated to philanthropic pursuits, serving on the boards of the Collegiate School and the Boys’ Club of New York, and actively contributing to the Annual Fund at Marymount School.

Gordon is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Counselors of Real Estate. He holds a B.A. in political science from Washington and Lee University.

Ronan joined Bradford Allen in 2020 and serves as the leader of the firm’s industrial brokerage division. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ronan specializes in industrial real estate, development, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, site selection, and commercial real estate investment. Throughout his career, he has advised on deals exceeding 15 million square feet and valued at over $1 billion.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Ronan worked as an Industrial Investment Specialist in the Private Capital Investment Group at Lee & Associates. He began his career at CBRE, focusing on industrial landlord and tenant representation. Additionally, Ronan co-founded Liquideed, an online commercial real estate investment platform, and served as an executive at Truss in the commercial real estate tech sector.

Ronan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kenyon College in Ohio, where he was a member of the men’s tennis team. Professionally, he serves on the ULI Chicago Advisory Board and chairs both the DEI Committee and the Technology and Real Estate National Council at ULI.

Ronan resides in Deerfield, Illinois, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he is an avid paddle tennis player and dedicates his time to volunteering, teaching tennis to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Joel joined Bradford Allen in 2004 and was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2012. He represents both office tenants and office landlords, and oversees the firm’s healthcare practice, Bradford Allen Medical.

Throughout his tenure, Joel has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of transactions for his clients. Most recently, Joel completed significant lease transactions with University of Chicago Medicine (23,000 RSF), Bel Fuse (22,000 RSF), Adventist Health Partners (23,000 RSF), and Surgical Care Affiliates (10,000 RSF). Other significant past assignments include the completion of a 52,000-square-foot lease renewal for Lexis Nexis; a lease expansion and renewal of 21,000 square feet for Automated Engineering (AMEC), and a 15,000-square-foot lease for Illinois Center for Broadcasting.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Joel was the Manager of Business Development at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for the promotion of the Chamber’s services and the recruitment of new members. Outside of the office, Joel has been a passionate and active board member for Make a Wish Illinois since 2011 and a wish-granting volunteer since 2005.

Joel currently resides in Downers Grove with his wife, Elizabeth; son, Max; and his daughters, Alice and Hazel. He attended the University of Wisconsin where he earned a bachelor of business administration and was a two-time NCAA national champion on the Men’s Crew Team.

Andy joined Bradford Allen in 2005, focusing on landlord representation. He currently leads the firm’s downtown agency group with the primary goals of growing the practice and continuing quality service to existing clients.

During his tenure, Andy has completed over 500 deals and leased over 30 properties of various size and asset class across all major CBD submarkets. Current assignments include the architectural masterpieces of The Rookery, 104 South Michigan and 1 North LaSalle, among others. His efforts have led to the successful lease-up and sale of numerous properties. Andy has also led multiple building renovation programs of varying scope.

Andy resides in Lincoln Park with his wife and twins. A graduate of the University of Michigan (go Blue!), he enjoys playing tennis and exploring the city with his family.

Craig joined Bradford Allen in 2007 as a Senior Managing Director and in 2014 he was elected to the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. With over 35 successful years in the commercial real estate industry, Craig is a seasoned and highly motivate professional who provides a wealth of knowledge and experience servicing his clients.

In his tenant representation capacity, Craig expertly assists his client base with renewals, relocations, expansions, and renegotiations of their office space leases. He specializes in helping the small to mid-size clients who traditionally don’t benefit from the quality service that major corporations receive. Another focus is on not-for-profit clients, including Lambda Legal Defense & Education Fund, Life Span, Heartland health Organization, Thresholds, and TPAN (Test Positive Aware Network).

Others clients receiving long-term assistance include: MainStreet Advisors, where he has completed five transactions over 15 years, including relocations, expansions, and subleasing of excess space; and Ajinomoto Food Ingredients, who have worked with Craig for over 20 years as they have expanded, contracted, and then doubled in size at their O’Hare location. Overall, he has closed over 1,000 transactions, valued in excess of $350 million, and has represented clients in more than 3,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales transactions.

John Butler joined Bradford Allen Investment Advisors as an Executive Managing Director in 2016 to lead Bradford Allen’s new acquisitions department. With more than twenty-five years of industry experience, John brings extensive knowledge of the commercial acquisitions process to the role along with a proven track record for success.

Throughout his esteemed career, John has been directly involved in acquiring over $2 billion dollars of real estate. He has experience handling a variety of product types such as commercial office space, industrial and medical offices, retail, and multi-family and senior housing. Prior to joining BA Investment Advisors, he held senior investment roles at Next Realty, ORIX Real Estate Capital, Broe Real Estate, and General Growth Properties over his career. John also served as a Principal with ForeFront Properties in Chicago, Illinois.

Jason joined the firm’s New York City office in 2021, where he focuses on deal sourcing, acquisitions, business development, and valuations.

With more than 18 years in the industry, Jason has expertise across many segments and geographies. Having most recently come from institutional investment sales teams at Colliers and JLL, his real estate valuation skills—including over $14 billion in closed transactions—add deep experience to the Bradford Allen team.

Jason graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC with a bachelor of business administration degree.

Chuck joined Bradford Allen in 2014, bringing over thirty years’ experience as a banker, broker, and advisor to commercial investors across all asset types. As part of Bradford Allen Investment Advisors, he directs real estate finance strategy, advising on development projects, transactions, and other investment opportunities, as well as assessing risks and opportunities at the portfolio level.

Chuck began his career as a commercial lender with the Royal Bank of Canada and CIB Bank in Chicago. He then spent a decade working at two of the largest commercial real estate services companies. At JLL, as Senior Vice President in capital markets, he handled debt and equity placements for both public and private institutional investors’ developers and opportunity funds. Then as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group, he led the firm’s practice in the Central Region (Chicago, Dallas, and Houston).

Chuck holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in economics from Northwestern University. He lives in Lincoln Park with his wife Antonella and two sons. His personal interests include cycling, reading, and alpine skiing.

Danielle joined Bradford Allen in December 2022 as Senior Managing Director to establish and lead the firm’s multifamily platform. In this role she manages the multifamily acquisitions program from deal sourcing to closing. Consistent with BA’s vertically integrated investment philosophy, Danielle also supervises the portfolio’s in-house asset and property management teams. In addition to her over two decades of experience in multifamily acquisitions and operations, she is an accomplished professional artist.

James joined Bradford Allen in the spring of 2022 as an Investment Analyst, specializing in financial modeling for equity and debt investments across multifamily, hospitality, and office asset classes.

With three years of prior experience in corporate finance, James brings a strong analytical skill set to his day-to-day tasks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois—Chicago.

Beyond his professional pursuits, James is passionate about purchasing and renovating investment properties throughout Chicago. In 2022, he founded UIC’s first endowed real estate scholarship fund, which recognizes undergraduate students in UIC’s College of Real Estate who demonstrate community leadership, academic excellence, and a genuine passion for the real estate industry.

Emily joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as Investor Relations and Finance Manager, based out of our New York City office. Her primary focus at BA is to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external investors. Emily acts as a liaison within the company, producing investment-related materials and communicating performance updates.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Emily was an Investor Relations Associate at Bain Capital. Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics with a minor in political science and finance from Providence College. Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, golfing, skiing, and traveling. She also dedicates her time to volunteer work, actively supporting Experience Camps, a grief camp for children who have lost a parent or sibling. As a member of the regional advisory committee, Emily plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, including camper outreach, retention, event planning, and fundraising.

Jake joined Bradford Allen in 2021; he is a member of the firm’s suburban brokerage, specializing in landlord representation for Tri State Office Center, supporting leasing efforts, guiding property tours, and assisting with strategic planning and property marketing.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jake was at Chime, working as an analyst in the neobank’s fraud department. He also spent a year and a half with @properties as an intern in their commercial real estate division.

A native of the Chicago suburbs, Jake grew up in Winnetka. He received a bachelor of business administration in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Jake is a Chicago sports fan (Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks) and remains an avid supporter of Ohio State football. In his free time, he likes to golf, ski, and play softball.

Aghfar joined Bradford Allen in August 2022 to lead the firm’s Hospitality platform. In this capacity, he actively manages the firm’s existing hotel portfolio and oversees the firm’s lodging acquisition and development strategy. With eight years of experience as an investment sales hotel broker, Aghfar specializes in institutional-quality and value-add hotel assets.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Aghfar served as Vice President for Hodges Ward Elliott’s Select Service/Portfolio Investment Sales Group in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he managed sales execution, transaction management, and financial analysis, while directly facilitating deals worth over $100 million. Overall, he was involved in investment sales and refinancing assignments totaling more than $1 billion.

Aghfar graduated cum laude from Georgia State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in managerial sciences and finance. He was raised in Warner Robins, Georgia, and now resides in Chicago’s South Loop with his wife, Ayesha, and their mini Goldendoodle, Yayo. Outside of work, Aghfar enjoys traveling, cooking, boxing, and hiking.

Sam is the Chief Financial Officer at Bradford Allen and has more than 25 years of corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, and accounting experience.

As CFO, he is primarily responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, financial reporting and analysis of data. He supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Sam is also responsible for developing strategic and tactical matters relating to financial management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Sam is passionate about maintaining the quality of work and a high standard of excellence. He strives to make things more efficient and to utilize technology to drive down costs. In addition, he has a strong work ethic and is committed to doing the right thing and operating with integrity.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Director and Group Manager for the BRM Capital Markets division of Fitch Ratings. Sam was Vice President, Investment Banking for Comerica Bank, a $65B, publicly traded top 20 US bank holding company where he originated, executed and structured debt, equity and financial advisory engagements in public and private capital markets. Additionally, he was Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for the Martin Brower Company. In these capacities Sam has raised and structured a significant amount of capital in several countries and currencies; issued both debt and equity securities; completed several global M & A transactions; managed pension assets; managed corporate finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, financial modeling and accounting; as well as global cash management.

Sam holds a MBA in finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor of arts in political science from Loyola University, Chicago. Sam lives in the Chicago area with his wife and children. In his spare time, he is an avid Chicago Bears fan and also enjoys golf and gardening.

Richard brings over a quarter-century of real estate experience to his role at Bradford Allen, where he manages the full month-end close process for various office properties, as well as handles annual tenant reconciliations and assists with yearly audits. Before joining the firm, he held a similar position at Avison Young, where he managed financials for multiple office and mixed-use properties. Richard is well-versed in Excel and has hands-on experience with accounting software such as MRI and Yardi.

A Chicago native through and through, Richard enjoys culinary adventures, globetrotting, and animal care in his personal life.

Brian is responsible for developing new business and performing outreach initiatives. In combination with his outgoing personality, his firsthand knowledge of the real estate development business and creative financing strategies helps him connect with clients and understand their specific needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was the Vice President of The Fordham Company for twenty years. During his tenure, Fordham developed nearly one thousand luxury residential units and high-end hotels in downtown Chicago with a market value of approximately $1 billion. Brian’s first-hand experience with deal structuring and capital formation is invaluable to the firm.

Brian lives in Winnetka, Illinois, with his two teenage children. In his free time, he is an avid board-sports enthusiast that enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, and stand-up paddling, as well as mountain biking and yoga. Brian attended the University of Denver and earned a master of business administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Michael joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as the Senior Managing Director of Development, bringing with him nearly three decades of experience in developments, including adaptive reuse, high-rise office and residential buildings, and industrial projects. At Bradford Allen, he will spearhead development efforts for new construction projects and oversee major enhancements to existing assets.

While studying at the University of Texas, Michael embarked on his professional journey as a carpenter. This hands-on experience led him to establish a construction firm in Chicago. After building a foundation in the construction world, he pursued law school and transitioned into a legal career, predominantly focusing on construction transactions and litigation. Moving back to development, he supervised the construction of a power plant in Kuwait. Later, he spent several years as an owner’s representative, managing the development of luxury senior living campuses nationwide. Michael’s accomplishments also encompass the ground-up development of a high-rise apartment building in downtown Chicago and the adaptive reuse of Chicago’s iconic Tribune Tower, converting it from office spaces to luxury condominiums and upscale retail establishments on the Magnificent Mile. Before joining Bradford Allen, he was with Sterling Bay, where he managed the development of life science, commercial office, and multi-family residential projects in Chicago and other major US cities.

Michael currently resides in Chicago with his wife and their two teenagers. He dedicates the majority of his down time to transporting his children to their several sports practices and matches.

With over 35 years of experience in commercial facilities and construction management, Bob is a versatile professional skilled at performing optimally in ever-changing environments. He brings his observant and quick-thinking skills to his role at Bradford Allen, where he will be heading up construction services, overseeing all construction, repair, and maintenance projects, and assisting with due diligence and construction underwriting for potential acquisitions.

Bob is also highly adept at translating big-picture vision into practical, strategic action plans for success. In his previous roles, he served as the sr. construction project manager at Pine Tree Commercial Realty, director of construction and facilities at Cosi Restaurants, and AVP of facilities nationwide at Bally Total Fitness.

Bob is proficient in a variety of project management software, including Honest Buildings, Procore, Service Channel, and Open Space, as well as Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office suite.

Bob is married with four grown children and twelve grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is a science fiction movie fan.

Bob joined Bradford Allen in 2018 to lead the newly created Architectural Services department. Bob has over 35 years of professional experience and specializes in strategic workplace solutions, interior fit-up, built-to-suit solutions and construction management services. As an architect, he partners with commercial clients and building owners in a highly consultative manner to plan and design commercial interior spaces and custom furniture, developing solutions that allow his clients to meet their business, financial, spatial and timing goals.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Bob worked as an Architect specializing in commercial space for clients throughout the Midwest through his company, Isaac & May. In 2010, he founded BaughbLabs, a product design and development studio that produces hand-crafted and unique pieces.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his bachelor of arts in industrial design. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, riding and racing mountain bikes.

After a brief internship with the firm, Joseph officially joined Bradford Allen Investment Advisors as a Financial Analyst in 2021, where he is a member of the Debt Originations & Acquisitions team. Joseph primarily focuses on the underwriting of potential debt and equity investments. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan, he received a bachelor of arts in economics.

Joseph is originally from New Jersey, where he grew up in a family of seven. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, and playing guitar.

Waleitha joined Bradford Allen in 2014 after working with for-profit organizations and real estate firms including Indcor, Transwestern, and RREEF Property Management Company. With more than three decades of diverse accounting experience, Waleitha brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Supporting the firm’s executives, property managers, and leasing agents, Waleitha’s financial knowledge is crucial to ensuring the expert handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various payroll functions. Detail oriented, Waleitha is a proficient problem solver and an asset to the firm. Her other responsibilities include tenant and vendor relationship management and acting as banking liaison on the firm’s behalf.

Waleitha lives on the Southeast side of Chicago and has four daughters. A self-proclaimed “professional shopper,” she has a serious passion for online shopping. In addition, Waleitha is the executive administrative coordinator for her pastor at Trinity All Nations Deliverance Ministries.

Jacob became a part of the Bradford Allen team in 2023, stepping into the role of property accountant with a focus on commercial property accounting. With valuable prior experience in both commercial and residential property portfolios from his tenure at Kass Management Services, Jacob effectively draws upon this knowledge in his current role. Additionally, his experience as a fund administrator at Alter Domus further enhances his expertise.

Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Jacob is an alumnus of DePaul University, where he secured his bachelor’s degree in finance and management information systems. Outside of work, Jacob is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He’s also keen on sports, frequently engaging in tennis and pickleball.

Tara is the payroll manager at Bradford Allen, where she oversees all aspects of payroll. With over 25 years of expertise in payroll and accounting, Tara is a self-motivated team player, driven by results and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, she held the position of Payroll Manager at a notable not-for-profit organization, managing all facets of payroll and taxes.

Tara is an active member of the American Payroll Association, the Chicago Payroll Association, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Additionally, she offers her expertise as a notary. Tara earned her bachelor of business administration from Robert Morris University and a master’s in human resource management from Saint Xavier University.

Residing in the south suburbs with her husband and son, Tara is a dedicated basketball mom, relishing every moment at her son’s games. She is also deeply involved in her church, where she holds positions on the board and serves as the treasurer.

Cody leads brand strategy, marketing, and communications for Bradford Allen, working closely with executive leadership to grow the company and extend the firm’s national reach. He is responsible for developing the marketing initiatives that drive leasing and sales through each phase of the real estate cycle, expertly aligning brand and property activation efforts with the company’s organizational and financial goals.

Cody joined Bradford Allen after three years with JLL, where he served as a senior content writer for the Midwest Region. Previously, Cody worked with the JLL National Marketing team, writing the firm’s stylebook and assisting with tone of voice development for the 2017 global rebranding. Cody was also the lead copy editor for the firm’s national real estate journal, Ambitions. His work has been recognized in the Chicago market with a VIP award for growth-oriented marketing, as well as nationally with three Best of Americas Marketing awards.

Residing in Chicago’s Southport Corridor, Cody enjoys spending time at the lake, running, reading, and playing piano. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English.

With five years of experience in commercial real estate, Alyssa brings a skilled blend of design and marketing expertise to the table. With a strong background in graphic design, Alyssa creates visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of a property to potential tenants. Her tenure in commercial real estate allows her to understand industry-specific needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

In her current role, she is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategy, managing social media engagement, and creating custom marketing collateral as needed. With a proven track record of success in driving leads and increasing property visibility, she is always looking for new and innovative ways to promote assets and grow the business.

When she’s not busy at work, Alyssa enjoys exploring her natural flair for interior design and keeping her culinary skills sharp by cooking and baking. In her free time, she also loves to stay active by doing Pilates or going for a run. Currently residing in the vibrant neighborhood of Printers Row with her husband, Nicolas, and their cat, Penelope, Alyssa enjoys the best of city living while pursuing her passions.

Guillermo joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an Associate Graphic Designer, providing support on print production, refreshing current marketing collateral, and creating motion graphics. Guillermo’s responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, editing building flyers, and concept creation. As a budding designer, Guillermo seeks to continue building his skills within Bradford Allen’s fast-paced marketing department.

Despite frequenting the streets of Chicago, Guillermo lives in Waukegan, Illinois with his mother and father. He enjoys spending time cheering for his favorite esports teams and weight lifting.

Nancy joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as the Senior Content Writer. In her role, she is responsible for producing relevant, engaging, and informative content for websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital or print mediums.

With a rich and diverse background that spans logistics, fertility, employee benefits, and commercial real estate, Nancy has a proven ability to craft compelling content. Her consistent delivery of high-quality writing speaks to her versatility and dynamic approach. By leveraging her deep industry knowledge, Nancy is proficient at developing and executing innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve key business objectives.

Nancy currently resides in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood, where she enjoys exploring nearby architecture. In her free time, she’s an avid reader and keeps up with the latest Netflix series.

Taylor joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as a Graphic Designer, where he is responsible for creating high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms, collaborating closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to produce materials that effectively promote the firm’s leasing assignments and full suite of commercial real estate services.

Prior to Bradford Allen, Taylor was a Senior Graphic Designer at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., where he created visually compelling print marketing materials that communicate the benefits of mortgage products and services. He graduated from the Maine College of Art with a BFA in graphic design.

A native of Portland, Maine, Taylor always wants to be near a body of water—whether it’s swimming, boating, or a lakeside picnic. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, walking Chicago’s lakefront trail, and cooking. He currently lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood.

Tim joined Bradford Allen’s Creative Services team in 2022, adding to the marketing support for digital and print collateral. He works with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and supplements his skills with a passion for illustration, providing a unique approach to adaptable and collaborative design.

Prior to joining, Tim worked as a designer with an in-house creative team providing several healthcare and trade associations with conference, education, and marketing material. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a BFA in graphic design, Tim also enjoys exploring woodworking, sign painting, model making, and vintage film photography.

Since 2014, Taylor has been a member of Bradford Allen’s marketing team, where her main priorities include presenting brokers and ownership with fully conceptualized branding for new agencies, providing marketing collateral for brokerage and in-house support, assiting in property website development, helping facilitate project design management, and establishing work flow among the marketing department and its stakeholders. From logo creation to email campaign design, Taylor has a hand in most aspects of the creative process at Bradford Allen.

After earning her bachelor’s in communications from Elmhurst University, Taylor went on to instruct art classes and painting demonstration events. When she’s not busy designing, Taylor can be found at home with her family, filling her days with coffee and books.

Jennifer joined Bradford Allen in 2023 with over two decades of expertise in commercial property management, leasing, and construction management. As a key member of Bradford Allen Management Services, she leads and guides the property management and construction teams, providing oversight for the commercial portfolio of Bradford Allen.

Before her tenure at Bradford Allen, Jennifer served at Hines for 16 years, where she specialized in value-add and repositioned Class A assets, including 333 West Wacker Drive and 101 North Wacker Drive. She also gained experience in new developments such as Salesforce Tower Chicago and Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ North American Headquarters in Deerfield, Illinois. Throughout her career in property management, Jennifer has often assumed a dual role, focusing on both property operations and construction for tenant improvements and landlord capital projects.

Jennifer holds an MBA with a focus in real estate finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where she also competed as a collegiate swimmer. A native of Chicago’s south side, Jennifer now resides in the city’s western suburbs with her husband and two children. In her down time, she enjoys gardening and improving her yard.

Brian joined Bradford Allen in 2020, bringing more than 23 years of experience in commercial and corporate real estate in all areas of asset management, property/facility management, and transactional work. He focuses on the asset management of both owned and third-party properties, while also supporting special projects for leadership.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at Northwestern Medicine, leading real estate integration through a rapid-growth period for the health system. His responsibilities included oversight of property operations, real estate finance, and real estate transactions. During his tenure, Northwestern Medicine grew from a two-campus real estate portfolio to more than 100 sites of care; most recently, Brian headed up transactional work resulting in significant immediate care expansion throughout the system.

Previously, Brian worked at Equus Capital Partners, overseeing asset management activities for a Midwest portfolio of properties including 200 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Tallgrass Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, and Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis.

Brian received a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world, skiing, rafting, kayaking, and camping. He’s also an avid fan of Liverpool Football Club and the English Premier League. Brian is married with two children: a son in high school and a daughter who is a freshman at Miami University in Ohio.

Michael joined Bradford Allen Investment Advisors in 2015 as a Senior Managing Director, bringing with him an extensive range of experience gained over a career spanning more than twenty-five years. His leadership skills are grounded in asset management, property management, and leasing/brokerage.

Before joining Bradford Allen Investment Advisors, Michael held a senior leadership role at Foresite Realty Partners, where he oversaw the leasing and operations of nearly four million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties. In this capacity, he successfully advised some of the world’s largest banks and institutions, including Wells Fargo, Starwood Capital, LNR Partners, CW Capital, Key Bank, PNC Midland, and C-III Capital.

In prior roles, Michael operated his own firm and held senior positions at DTZ Real Estate, which is now Cushman & Wakefield, as well as at the company that preceded MB Real Estate, now known as Transwestern Real Estate. His dedication, experience, and resourcefulness have been instrumental in contributing to the success and growth of Bradford Allen.

Michael earned his bachelor’s in business from Bradley University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. He resides in northwest suburban Chicago with his wife and daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and participating in outdoor sports.

With more than eight years in commercial, medical, retail, and residential property and facility management, Logan brings extensive financial, operational, and project management experience to his role at Bradford Allen, where he provides asset management services for the firm’s portfolio of owned properties.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Logan worked for Northwestern Medicine from 2014 to 2020 as a Property Operations Manager, where he managed a large commercial office high-rise (541 N. Fairbanks Court), a large medical office high-rise (676 N. St. Clair Street), the hospital’s single residential property in downtown Chicago (244 E. Pearson Street), and a development property in Old Irving Park (4441-4459 Irving Park Road). He also oversaw the finances of the main hospital’s retail portfolio. Previously, Logan also served as a Tenant Services Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager at Golub and Company.

A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, Logan received a B.A. in business administration with a specialization in finance. He is married and the proud owner of a rescue dog names Parsnip. In his free time, Logan enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and volleyball, as well as playing and collecting board games.

Steven is responsible for all aspects of corporate and national project management from strategic planning to on-site execution. Steven is well-versed in each stage of project management including architecture, construction, development, engineering, technology, and furniture selection.

With a unique ability to problem solve, Steven is able to better service clients by understanding the long-term implications of their commercial real estate decisions. Working closely with large-space users ranging from local non-profits to international companies, Steven’s strategic approach ensures that project objectives are on schedule, on budget, and achieved to the highest standards of quality.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Steven was the Senior Manager of Real Estate at Hudson, a professional staffing and solution firm. While at Hudson, he oversaw all commercial real estate decisions for their North America office locations. Steven lives in Chicago’s West Loop with his wife and twin daughters. Building on his business education from Nichols College in Massachusetts, he completed a master’s degree in business administration from Chadron State College in 2015.

Craig works alongside both Bradford Allen Asset Management and BA Development with the primary role of managing and overseeing new and existing properties across various different asset classes. After graduating from the University of Colorado in 2020, Craig started off his career in real estate as a Property Manager which enabled him to learn the industry from the ground up and exposed him to a broad range of challenges. Over the last several years, Craig has transitioned into asset and development management, working to enhance the Bradford Allen portfolio and maximize every investment on a daily basis. In his free time, Craig enjoys playing the guitar, lifting weights, and snowboarding.

As a General Manager in Bradford Allen’s Management Services division, Donald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both company-owned and third-party assets in the Chicagoland suburbs. Donald brings over 18 years of experience in property and facilities management of commercial office and retail space and has a strong understanding of building mechanical operations. He has developed significant vendor relations, which he incorporates into value and high-quality service for his properties. His notable customer service experience allows for creative and outside-of-the-box solutions to address challenges inclusively. Donald strives to create value for both tenants and owners through budget and project management initiatives.

His responsibilities are multifaceted and include: caring for the maintenance of all assigned properties, tending to tenant relations and addressing tenant needs, and creating fiscal budget plans for landlords based on property goals and direction. In addition, Donald interacts with contractors and sub-contractors to gather estimates, analyze bids, and make recommendations to ownership for possible updates and renovations.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen in 2017, Donald was a Property Manager for Class B buildings at Boxer Property Management Corporation. He also worked as an Area Facilities Manager at Foresite Realty Partners focusing on distressed and transitional property management along with third-party assignments. Donald began his real estate career with M&J Wilkow in facility management focused on Class A buildings.

Donald resides in Naperville with his wife and enjoys spending his spare time being outside as much as possible, playing golf, and spending time with family. Donald is a graduate of Illinois State University.

As in industry professional with over 12 years of experience, Cheryl supports a portfolio of Class A suburban office assets.  She oversees the administrative functions, as well as monthly financial reporting, budgeting, contract administrative, capital and tenant improvement project involvement, and tenant relations. Cheryl joined Bradford Allen upon the firm’s 2017 purchase of Tri State.

Cheryl enjoys fishing, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.

Spanning posts at think tanks, banks, and investment managers, Neil’s career has centered on building research platforms and generating original content for sophisticated institutional investor audiences, with specialties in financial markets and international political economy. His research and writing have been covered by outlets across the globe. Additionally, he spent a year as an editor and speechwriter in Seoul, South Korea, and a year studying in Bologna, Italy.

Neil lives on Chicago’s west side with Kathryn Rose and their children. He is a 2002 graduate of The University of Chicago (AB, Economics) and a 2010 graduate of Johns Hopkins SAIS (MA, International Relations).

Connor Phelan joined Bradford Allen as a Director, Research in 2022. His primary responsibilities include researching and communicating actionable insights through quarterly and ad hoc reports, as well as maintaining the firm’s market data.

Prior to joining BA, Connor worked at DBRS Morningstar as a financial analyst in the commercial-mortgage backed securities group. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of commercial mortgage-backed securities.

In 2020, Phelan graduated from the University of Chicago, where he played football, with a degree in public policy. He grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and outside of work, he enjoys playing pickup basketball and traveling.

Grace became a member of Bradford Allen’s Research team in 2023. She is eager to apply her research-driven approach to the firm. As a part of the team, Grace plays a significant role in the quarterly market report. She utilizes her research skills to provide valuable insights and intelligence across the firm.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Grace was an analyst at Dearborn Realty. There, she analyzed legal and financial data, aiding management in strategic decisions for 18 retail centers around Chicago.

She discovered her passion for research while studying sports medicine at Pepperdine University. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and exploring Chicago with her dog.
